A Warm Visit from Process Inox – Inspiring, Informative & Full of Potential

Last week we had the pleasure of welcoming our friends from Process Inox in France: Alexandre, Anaïs, and Mohammed. It was an inspiring session where we not only shared knowledge, but also experienced their enthusiasm, curiosity, and professional approach — exactly the kind of energy we love to work with.

For those who don’t know them yet, Process’ Inox, based in Château-Thierry, France, is a specialist in stainless steel processing equipment, fittings, pumps, and accessories for the food, cosmetic, and chemical industries. (processinox.fr)

🔍 What We Did Together

  • We hosted a training session where their team got hands-on with our products: homogenisers, spare parts, and service best practices.
  • We exchanged experiences and challenges they face in their market, such as wear and tear, access to quality hydraulic components, and the importance of retrofit solutions.
  • Together we explored how Process’ Inox can apply Bos technology in their projects, and which retrofit options bring the most value to their customers in France.

🌟 Why This Visit Was So Valuable

Innovation and improvement: their local insights — from operating conditions to spare part availability — gave us new ideas to refine and adapt future solutions.

Learning and sharing: Alexandre, Anaïs, and Mohammed asked sharp questions, brought in real-life customer cases, and gave feedback on our products. That helps us improve as well.

Building connections: meeting in person strengthens trust and understanding, which ultimately means better service for end customers.
