Drive End
Our unique concept offers a quiet running machine with low eccentric shaft speeds. The electric driven oil pump lubricates all bearings, allowing capacity variation between 30 – 100% under full load.

The homogenising pressure can be adjusted manually with a handwheel or through a hydraulic system, which also allows a completely automatic pressure control. The two stage ho- mogenising valve shows a hand-operated assembly with a plug type valve in the first stage and a pilot valve in the second stage. As you can see, the cylinder block of the MG12 machine is equipped with three plungers.

Spherical valves our standard execution, high efficient and low noise. These valves are spring loaded, suitable for processing viscose and moderate abrasive products. Ball valves this option is well known for abrasive products or fluids with hard solid parts.
