Drive End
Our unique concept offers a quiet running machine with low eccentric shaft speeds. The electric driven oil pump lubricates all bearings, allowing capacity variation between 30 – 100% under full load.

The homogenising pressure is hydraulically actuated, which allows a completely automatic pressure control. The two stage homogenising valve shows a hydraulic assembly with a plug type valve in the first stage and a pilot valve in the second stage. As you can see, the cylinder block of the MG45 machine is equipped with three plungers.

Spherical valves our standard execution, high efficient and low noise. These valves are spring loaded, suitable for processing viscose and moderate abrasive products. Ball valves this option is well known for abrasive products or fluids with hard solid parts.
